Monthly meetings are the second Tuesday of each month at the
International Institute in St. Paul except September and December.

Folk Dancing Anyone? Come check out the Twin Cities Italian
Folk Dance Group. This group practices regularly and performs
throughout the year at various cultural events. New members always
welcome.

Each year, at the Festival of Nations, UNICO members and friends serve
up thousands of slices of pizza and other tasty Italian treats. This is
an intense volunteer effort and brings in MOST of our scholarship
dollars each year.

Culture Booth
Our cultural exhibit theme changes each year. We also
try to provide an Italian version of a person's name.The cultural booth
is a way to share our rich Italian Heritage.

Scholarship Awards- July 13 Includes Potluck Picnic
Our Annual Scholarship Awards continue UNICO's strong commitment of
recognition for academic excellence among Italian-American young
people.
The deadline for submitting applications will be April 2010.

The UNICO
Annual Garage Sale is always the Thursday through Saturday
after Labor Day. Thanks to all who participated in any way: donations,
pickup, sorting, pricing, moving, cleaning.
We’re already gathering items for the next fall garage
sale. We accept items all year long. We will pick them up. We are
looking for consignment quality items that are not broken or
damaged. Obsolete items that are not antiques such as electronics, TVs
are not wanted because they do not sell and we are charged a fee to
dipose of them.
Proceeds from this sale are used for college
scholarships.
We are a charitable organization.
Your donation is TAX DEDUCTIBLE. Give us your cars, boats, large
resaleable items are most appreciated.

Our Columbus
Day Wine Tasting/Silent Auction. was a wonderful social event
and fundraiser (over $2000 in 2009). Hope you were able to join us at
the festivities. Proceeds go to the scholarship fund.
